The Lutheran Women’s Missionary League (LWML) is an official  auxiliary of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod. Since 1942, the LWML has focused on affirming each woman’s relationship with Christ, encouraging and equipping women to live out their Christian lives in active mission ministries and to support global missions.  As part of the Rocky Mountain District, our local group has been active since 1987. Our goal is to nurture spiritual growth and maintain Christian fellowship among women within our church, further a love for and help provide for active participation in Christian service, and develop and maintain a greater mission consciousness through Mission Education, Mission Inspiration, and Mission Service.

Ladies, the LWML Pecos Zone Fall Rally will be held this year at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Roswell, NM on August 23rd. The theme is "Growing in God's Grace" 2 Peter 3:18. The In-Gathering is cash for flood victims here in Ruidoso.  Registration will begin at 9:00 am and is $8.00 which includes lunch.  Hope you can attend for some fun, fellowship, Bible study and mite gathering.
